4. Decide Processing Outcome

Decide whether to Issue, Reject, or Pend the application:
IssueAll requirements are met. Proceed to issue the New Business application.
RejectApplication contains discrepancies or documentation is invalid. Inform the agent and provide reasons.
PendAdditional information or clarification is needed.
Specify the pend period (typically 10 days) and request the missing details, documentation, or premium.
Address all other flagged issues, such as missing documentation or rating errors, before taking the next step.
