Premium payments are easy to make in Equinox, and they can be initiated a number of ways.

No additional fees are added to premium payments.

How to Submit Premium Payments

To make a premium payment, follow these steps.

  • This process is different for policyholders who make a payment through the Consumer Portal.

Choose the correct effective date for the policy change
Scroll to the top of the page to enter the effective date.
  • Backdating is not allowed.
  • Enter today's date or a later effective date.
  • Choose "None" for the Waiting Period.
The Policy Change cannot be completed without choosing an effective date.
