Mobile Home Date of Construction

If a mobile home was placed in a mobile home park or subdivision, the construction date used will be the date the park was established, or the date the building permit was issued provided construction was started within 180 days of the permit date.

If a mobile home is placed on an individually owned lot or tract of land, the construction date used is the date the manufactured home was permanently affixed to the site, or the date the permit was issued provided the mobil home was affixed to the site within 180 days of the building permit date.
