The Help Desk will contain information about how to use this site and how to troubleshoot Equinox issues. The general information about this site will be kept in Help. Equinox issues will be listed with images and a link to an article in Help. Help will differ from the Playbook for each namespace (UW, Claims, Operations), as those will be procedural references for a specific audience.

Underwriting Portal Placeholder

All other articles about the NFIP will be kept in the Main namespace, where they can be accessed by all other audiences. This page and all related pages will eventually be located in its own namespace to provide access control for the UW audience.
