This Equinox Procedure is for Agents. Find a complete list here.

This procedure explains how agents can request a transfer or rollover of an NFIP policy. A transfer allows a policyholder to move their policy to a new Write-Your-Own (WYO) carrier or NFIP Direct during the renewal process. A rollover is a specific type of transfer where the agent of record remains the same.
